Role description
This job involves providing Firewall Security Engineering services to different accounts and working with various Firewall technologies. The role requires expertise in troubleshooting a broad range of network security technologies and experience in implementation and support of VPN, IPSEC, SSL-VPN, PKI, two-factor authentication technologies. Applicants should have at least one security certification from well-known vendors, such as Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Palo Alto or Fortinet, and hold a degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems Management or equivalent experience. Non-technical skills such as strong English communication skills, technical project leadership capabilities, and superior customer service skills are also required. Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Libraries (ITIL) processes is desirable.,
